RUSSIAN PRESIDENT DECREE On the Wording of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation. RUSSIAN PRESIDENT DECREE   On the Wording of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation   Pursuant to the Federal Constitutional Law on the National Anthem of the Russian Federation, I resolve: To approve of the attached wording of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation. To establish that the National Anthem of the Russian Federation in a choir, orchestra/choir or another vocal option is performed in strict conformity to the National Anthem of the Russian Federation as approved of by this Decree. This order shall inure from the date of its signing and shall be effective until the appropriate federal constitutional law has taken effect. Russian President V.
